Stock Level Update – Ruud Equipment

With the equipment changeover in full swing, We at Webb Supply want to keep our customers in the loop. When the equipment changeover was announced, we stocked up on the old units knowing that it would provide our dealers an advantage against inflation on the market. As a result, Webb Supply is able to offer a better price on equipment while supplies last. 

As we sell out of the old equipment, Webb Supply will activate our stock of the new M1 units. The price difference between the old equipment and new M1 equipment is about 15%, and when they’re gone, they’re gone for good. Stock up today to save yourself money right now!

Webb Supply’s online portal has been updated to improve our customer experience. Always get the most up-to-date pricing on products to quote your jobs, and easily find the HVAC products you need to get your job completed. We’ve been adding high-quality images, and detailed product information to make your buying decision easier. To top it all off, customers can now place the order online and pick it up in person cutting out downtime waiting for orders to be pulled!

How To Participate

Our NCAA March Madness Bracket is open to any customer who has signed up for the online portal and placed an order. Customers who have already signed up for e-commerce are eligible as well! Just place an online order and you’re good! There is no order minimum, and all employees of registered businesses are eligible! We want everyone to share in the fun!

Getting Started

  1. Sign Up For Ecommerce – The First step is signing up for an online account. If you haven’t already, register for an online account. We have two registration forms, one for existing customers, and one for new customers. We strongly recommend that new customers apply with their CFC and Contractor numbers if interested in purchasing refrigerant-charged equipment. Existing customers just need their contact information and customer number.
  2. Place An Online Order – After registering for the online portal, participants need to place an online order. There is no order minimum. Simple enough, right?
  3. Sign Up For Our Bracket – The final step is to register on our website for the Bracket. Since we’re promoting this before brackets open, we are asking participants to sign up for an “event” on our website. When brackets open on March 12th (following selection Sunday), we will send an email to all participants asking them to fill out their selections.

RULES

  1. Participants need to be a registered ecommerce customers with at least 1 order placed
  2. Participants need to register via the events tab
  3. When brackets open, customers will be emailed a link to fill out brackets on the March Madness Live app
  4. IOS: March Madness App For iPhone
  5. Android: March Madness App For Android
  6. Submissions must be in by Wednesday, March 15th before Noon, ahead of the “first four” games.
  7. The top 3 Winners will receive prizes
  8. In the event of a tie, the championship game will be decided by the over for the final game (total amount of points)

Ducane New Dealer Program (NDP)

Webb Supply wants our customers to succeed in all aspects of their business. That’s why we participate in programs that we feel could help them grow. The Ducane New Dealer Program or NDP is one such program, designed to help HVAC contractors of all sizes grow their businesses by selling more Ducane equipment.

What is the Ducane New Dealer Program?

The Ducane NDP is a program set up to help smaller contractors become comfortable with the Ducane product line through incentives for savings. Participating Ducane dealers can get a $50 rebate for all motor-bearing HVAC equipment while participating in the program.

How The Program Works

The NDP allows Participating dealers to sell Ducane HVAC systems at a rate they are comfortable with. The program runs for two years from the date of enrollment. If the participating dealer sells 100 motor-bearing units within the first year of the program, they unlock unlimited savings in year two. If a participating dealer does not hit 100 units in year one, they graduate from the program when they hit the quota in year two.

What Ducane Equipment Qualifies For The NDP Program?

Qualifying units for both indoor and outdoor applications must be five tons (5) or below. Compatible indoor units include ducted air handlers, gas furnaces, oil furnaces, electric furnaces, and unit heaters. The outdoor units included with the program are condensers, ducted and ductless heat pumps, packaged units, 3-phase splits, and 3-phase packaged units.

Samsung HVAC Preferred Dealer Program

The Samsung Preferred Dealer Program is a tiered program that enables participants to unlock value-added features based on completed training modules and the number of units they register through the Samsung HVAC Mobile App. This blog post will walk you through how to get involved and start saving.

Getting Started

To get started as a Samsung dealer, contractors must be enrolled by a Samsung distributor to participate. Contractors need to sign and return the dealer agreement, and create an account in Samsung Business Acadamy (SBA). Upon registration contractors must complete Dealer onboarding training (20 hours) as well as modules 1-8 of RLC installation and Basic Service in the SBA. The benefits start when contractors register the first heating or cooling system through the app.

Program Tiers

The Preferred dealer program is comprised of three tiers. Each tier unlocks additional benefits. The tiers are called Dealer, Preferred Dealer, and Preferred Plus Dealer. Each contractor starts out at the dealer level following the completion of training modules and the registration of their first unit.

What Does the Dealer Tier include?

Each tier builds off of the features of the previous level. The entry-level features included in the Dealer Tier are as follows:

With November nearing a close that means the roller coaster ride that is the Holidays is almost here. Webb Supply will be closed on certain days so our team members can enjoy the Holidays with their families. That does not mean that we are leaving our valued customers out to dry. We will be open and want to help you plan accordingly to keep your HVAC jobs moving forward.

THANKSGIVING

Webb Supply will be closed on Thursday 11/24, and Saturday 11/26 Thanksgiving. All of our branches will be open on Friday 11/25 for our customers. Normal business hours will resume on Monday, November 27th.

CHRISTMAS

With Christmas Eve landing on the weekend, Webb Supply will be closed Saturday 12/24, and Monday 12/26. so our team can celebrate with their families. Normal business hours resume Tuesday, December 27th.

NEW YEARS

Webb Supply will be closed Saturday 12/31, and Monday 1/2/23. Normal business hours will resume on Tuesday 1/3.
